Google Pixel is the best Android smartphone out there in the market and it have tons of features which attracts most of the Android lovers, If we have Google Pixel features in our Android smartphone so we can feel the awesomeness of Google Pixel without buying it in any Android device.As Google Pixel runs on latest Android OS(operating system) Nougat, which also have tons of new features in it,so in this tutorial we are going to know How to make any Android smartphone looks like Google Pixel in 2017 for free.
First we have to download three applications from Google Play store or by just clicking in the application names below: -
After downloading them the hardest part is over, now all you have to do is just play with the settings.
First open the Nova Launcher, click next and finish then go to the home-screen and make it as default launcher by checking remember my choice.
Note: - May be this screen looks differ in your device as it depends on which device you are using.
Now your homescreen looks like this,
So, now its time to go to the Nova settings by long pressing on the screen and then the settings will open like this: -
Tap on the settings icon then go to the "Desktop" ,
And, you will see there are lots of options, First tap on the Desktop grid and set it to 4 x 5,
Then set Width padding as Medium and Height padding as Large,
Then, Switch on the Persistent search bar and change the Search bar style as shown below,
Then go back to the main Nova Settings and open "App & Widget drawers" then tap on the Drawer App Grid and set it to 4 x 5 as well,
then Turn on the Frequent used apps and set App drawer style to "vertical" and turn off the Card Background and turn on the Swipe to open and set Background color Transparency to 0% and select white color as well, and select teal color for Scroll Accent Color,
Then again go back to the Nova settings and open Dock settings then tap on Dock Background and select "Rectangle" in shape and select Content color white and set Transparency to 60%(or you can set it as per your requirement),
Then go back to the Dock and go to the Dock icons and set it to 5, and set Width padding as Medium and Height padding as Large
Then again go back to the Nova settings and open Folders then open Folder preview and set it to Grid and set folder background as N Preview
Then again go back to the Nova settings and open Look and feel and tap on the Icon theme then select Pixel Icon Pack
Then go back to the Home-screen and now the final step to set the Google Wallpaper as Background, Open the Google "Wallpapers" then select the wallpaper which suits your device, after all this we got this look: -
